The spacious villas, many with private pools, cater especially well to families seeking both togetherness and privacy. I found the resort's commitment to sustainability, from water recycling to its organic garden, a genuine and admirable touch, though some areas could use refreshing.ā

I was upgraded to a beautiful outdoor jacuzzi suite. It felt spacious. the staff are helpful, it. the lovely beach provides great views from the beach loungers. Staff clean it daily!
The boat requires a ticket from reception, a minor inconvenience. this process could be streamlined! making access quicker. Otherwise, the boat service runs smoothly.

lack of attentiveness hourly departures
the breakfast was okay, with a decent selection, but nothing special stood out.
I was frustrated with the room service. I requested extra towels multiple times, and they never arrived. the lack of attentiveness was unacceptable and really put a damper on the stay. also, the boat schedule was inconvenient. The hourly departures made planning trips to the mainland difficult.

attentive staff delicious cocktails lovely waitress
i enjoyed the attentive staff. they seemed concerned for our well being. i especially appreciated joy, the waitress, as she consistently checked on my back injury (i was limping). gie and nureeyah at the bar were equally attentive, bringing drinks to our sun loungers.
The all-inclusive package was a bit complicated. It required checking for red or green dots on the menu.
